Problem
Lidl is Europe's largest discount retailer and offers a massive range of job opportunities. However, communicating this job diversity, potential career impacts, and benefits is not straightforward. Highly qualified applications in fields like IT, logistics, and construction are scarce. So how can we showcase this job variety to potential applicants and provide immediate, direct insights into Lidl's work environment?
Concept
We designed a chatbot that interactively introduces potential applicants to various job fields. Enriched with exciting facts, surveys, videos, and insights from Lidl employees, the chatbot allows users to control which topics they want to explore in more depth. Finally, users who show interest through their interactions are directed to further job-specific information on jobs.lidl.de.
My Contribution
I developed the concept, executed the design, and led the art direction for the motion design.
